Our nursing department monitors participant’s medical needs such as:
- Accurcheck, blood pressure, weight gain or weight loss. A full assessment is done each month, it is also done daily if requested by the family or the physician.
- Reach monitors the Disease Process. We provide education and guidance on the participant’s medical condition.
- We provide information on procedures or surgery that will help our participants and their family to give aid and assistances with the healing process.
- We encourage our participants to get their yearly physical and vaccines such as TB Screen, flu shots, shingle and etc.
- Assist them with setting up monthly doctor appointments.
- The nursing department work alongside the medical doctors and caregivers that provide their one on one medical care to ensure the participants well being and that they are remaining fit and healthy.
